The "Alumauke" prototype is a collaboration between WaverlyStreet and Metaldelphia. The body is made of TIG welded sheet aluminum and the neck/peghead is machined from a solid aluminum block. The soundhole is lined with a machined brass flange. It's got a conventional fret board of walnut bonded to the neck and a walnut bridge secured to the top by locating pegs and string tension.

One of these days, I want to do another one with a wood neck :-)
